Hemp, known to some as an almost magical supplement, has been touted by some to have extreme health benefits. Hemp seeds, however, are not as well known but boast a wide array of benefits on their own, being highly nutritious and brimming with plenty of minerals, protein, and healthy fats.

The Power Of Hemp Seeds

Hemp seeds can contain over 35% of essential fatty acids, which have been shown to have a positive “brain-boosting” effect. These fatty acids are also known to give the body energy, as well as affect the functioning of the immune system, various organs, and the endocrine system.
Further, Hemp seeds also contain a large amount of protein, as one of the most protein-packed seeds, with 32 grams of protein per 100 grams of hemp. In addition to all the protein, there is a large amount of magnesium, iron, and calcium contained in the seeds. Hemp seeds can be eaten cooked, raw, or roasted.
